Call them "good buddies." China and Serbia made a joint statement that condemned "the West's attempts to impose a "unipolar world order." The statement followed a conclave between China's Li Peng and Serbia's Slobodan Milosevic. Li is chairman of China's National People's Congress, which makes him the secon most powerful man in China. He was making an official visit to Serbia.
