 While the government denies aiding anti-government forces in Iraq, captured documents and personnel in Iraq make it clear that the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS), and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, are both running assistance operations for Islamic terrorists inside Iraq. The Iranian government doesn't always have complete control over MOIS or the Revolutionary Guards, and can thus deny knowledge of what these two bastions of Islamic radicalism are
