Strategic Weapons: Google Reveals Chinese Eyes On Russia

November 24, 2009: Google Earth has revealed another Chinese BMEW (Ballistic Missile Early Warning) radar near their western border. China has never announced anything about this facility, and it's possible that it's part of an anti-satellite warfare system. Last year, Google Earth images of the same are showed the facility under construction. The radar is apparently for detecting any Russian ballistic missile attacks.
