The Pentagon has decided that only soldiers in high risk areas will be inoculated against Anthrax, with the remainder of the vaccine stored for use in case of an actual attack. This change in plans (the military originally wanted to inoculate all of its troops) reflects concerns over possible side effects and allergic reactions linked to the vaccine.--Stephen V Cole
